Always think about the general effort.
Always think of the effort including offering really thought about the issues presented in this document and in the process of teamwork. You will find that in the process of implementing the plan you have to settle some issues for the group to do a better job.
Being an active member of the group.
Being an active member of the group means that you do a good job they have assigned and make some constructive comments for other members of the group. The ultimate goal, understand the plan documents, can be achieved by implementing the tips above and of course by trying to keep up the working process. Proposed project is aimed at strengthening the concept discussed in the course. If you do not attend class, complete assigned work or study material, you will not receive reinforcement available in the project and can almost be sure that you are not an active member of the group.
The personal rewards
In self-managed work groups, parts of the personal rewards are based on activity process of the group. In this course, your reward is your position in the class. According to the notes of the course,25% the level at which you receive from this course is the level of the entire project team. In other words, your actions in the group have an important influence on your personal reward - that is your position in the working group.
Resolve internal conflict
Do not let personality conflicts escalate out of control. Like a scratch, if you don’t not care for it, it can also become infected. There are many problems and conflicts that are seemingly small, but they may become problems serious without being resolved
§ You try the following tips in resolving conflicts:
§ Place the problems and conflicts in the whole perspective of the project objectives
§ Try to identify common points: the overall risks and benefits are mutual.
§ Give everybody a chance so that they can express their views on issues related to themselves.
§ If the needs and expectations are not clear, ask questions to make matters clear.
§ Emphasize common goals: to achieve high results in their work
§ Remember to resolve conflicts throughout the group.
§ Again remember to resolve conflicts when they are small and easy to solve.
In fact, a conflict to some extent is beneficial. Many conflicts occur when people worry about skills to make the whole group successful, but they simply disagree among themselves. There are always the right and wrong points for both sides. It would rather take time to resolve the conflict or to get ideas than to never conflict. Please note that you should respect other people's ideas. Make sense of restraint to judge new ideas immediately when they come out. Being pleased to receive new ideas makes you and your group work more effective. If your ideas were only valuable, it was not necessary to set up working groups.
